ONE MOVE AWAY FROM COMPLETION. AHHHHH! *shakes fist*
So, a few months back, i took on the Nuzlocke challenge for the first time with Omega Ruby, to make the experience more than just an updated look with the game.
I almost just about did it, but during the final match with Steven, Metagross was one move faster than Swampert, and thus, my final Pokemon was knocked out.
Nevertheless, it was fun to have a go at it! ( Technically, Taylor shouldn't have counted, but i didn't realise till a few levels after i accidentally got one from the same route, just on a different bit. )
Just a quick thing for those who don't know, quick rules of a Pokemon Nuzlocke:
1. If your Pokemon faints, you cannot use it anymore. He's dead, Jim!
2. The only Pokemon you can catch are the first ones you find in a new area. (If it's one you already own, then it's the next new Pokemon you spot in that area.)
3. Items cannot be used in battle.
Usually in Nuzlockes, you release the Pokemon that faint, but as i was going to be using some after the Nuzlocke, i kept those in the PC, and wonder traded the others.
It was definitely a struggle sometimes during grinding, since i usually go through the games collecting as many Pokemon along the way. The temptation to catch everything was huge.
But even if i didn't fully finish it, it's the journey that counts! Music is not mine. No copyright intended.
